Too much money for the quality of the sole and they fly off. Then paying for shipping on top. I expected more.

I have NOT received my order… i selected the “ Hate it” category. Simply because of the customer service. My tracking info didn’t work for weeks. And I still don’t have the order. This was my 1st time patronizing . I can’t lie! I’m hella dissapointed

It’s been 6 Weeks. I still haven’t received my shoes. I can’t get a hold of anybody I’ve emailed at least four or five times with no response. At this point I don’t know anything else to do but to Charge back. I love Greg and I’m so happy to keep the order if you would just be able to send it out

Never received item. Ordered Dec 30, 2022. I received a call a week later and told they oversold the size I ordered and that they would ship it the following week. Today is Feb 7th, 2023 and haven’t received any updates. I have contacted customer service via email several times to cancel the order but I have not received a response. Nothing on the website prior to placing my order mentioned that this item was a pre order.

These overpriced slides are very pretty and well made! The fur is full / plush and you can actually size down (regular size is 8.5) copped an 8; HOWEVER, they are not worth $250 much less $187.50 a solid $100 would have sufficed, but impulse buying is a real thing!

Also, I don’t like how their refund/ customer service policy is worded on the site, there is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS or credit offered. I purchased these shoes one day before they were marked down 25% and I can’t get that money back so for that reason I took off one star!!

My girl loves them. Solid pair, she don’t ever wanna take them off.
